The three of us are in Toronto this weekend and are staying at the Comfort Suites downtown. Ewan was getting his jump time in yesterday morning, but I thought that he was a bit too close to the door frame. I got up to put a pillow next to the door frame… he apparently had a different idea…

We were lucky enough to catch Ewan in a laughing mood… Enjoy

This evening Matt surprised me with tickets to Cirque de Soleil (with a little help from Chris and Dion – thanks guys!!) I’ve wanted to see a Cirque show for years and it was so so wonderful! In my fantasy life I am a dancer who lives alone in a massive city and is completely committed to dancing – so committed, in fact, that I can’t even keep plants alive or milk un-expired. I love the idea of pouring so much work into movement. Now I want to run away and join the circus. Or at least grow my hair long and learn to spin poi and get some hot pants with lightning blots on the bum.

Apple recently came out with their new imac. Its a beautiful machine! After rationalizing buying one for a while, Beck and I came up with a plan that allowed us to purchase this new toy without having yet another item to clutter our lives.
The compromise was made by raising the money for the imac solely from selling other things we had. At first I thought this might be a bit of a task and would probably take for ever. I was wrong! In 4 short days we have sold over $1500 worth of stuff that I have accumulated over the years. I was able to do this thanks to Kijiji . Only 3 minutes after posting the first of the gear we recieved our first call.
The internet continues to amaze me every day. So don’t wait for a sunny day to get rid of your junk, sell it right now
